Author Terms of Service

• You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit.  If you use a ghost writer, you agree that you the hold exclusive copyrights to each article you submit.
• You agree that there are no guarantees that your article will be accepted for publication in our directory.  If published, we reserve the right to remove any article at any time.
• We reserve the right to change category classification of your article should we determine a different category is more applicable.
• By submitting your article to ArticleLists.com, you agree to allow us to publish it as follows:
  • On ArticleLists.com and any of our partner directory sites.
  • In RSS format so that other web sites may syndicate it.
  • In any real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.
• You understand that the ArticleLists.com Directory is a free service.  As such, you will not receive any financial compensation either when submitting articles, or if and when your article is published within this directory or other web sites or ezines/newsletters.
• You will receive full credit for your article and your resource, or bio, box will remain unchanged.
• You agree not to include any affiliate links in body of your article.  If you are promoting affiliate products, it is best to set up your own domain name and link to it in your resource, or bio, box.
• We reserve the right to display advertising on pages with your article.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time.  We will notify the users of ArticleLists.com concerning such changes.

Publishers Terms of Service

• You agree not to remove "Article Source:  http://www.ArticleLists.com" from each article you decide to publish.
• You agree to respect the copyright of each author whose articles you decide to publish by publishing their article "as is" with no changes.  This includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Resource, or bio, box.
  • Any hyperlinks provided by the author.
    The title or body of the article.
• You agree to keep hyperlinks "active" so that users can click on them and be taken to the link's destination.
• You agree never to use any article content from ArticleLists.com in any form of unsolicited email, or spam.
• You agree never to use any article content from ArticleLists.com on any web site or in any ezine/newsletter that contains hate, racism, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
• You agree never to sell an article, or a compilation of articles, from the ArticleLists.com directory without the written consent of the author.
